Claire would really benefit from working with a great mentor or leader in her next role. She was not afforded this privilege in her first few career opportunities, so I hope she is able to find someone who can help her grow and help chart her path in her career.

I can sometimes get distracted by abstract trends or whatever may be the "new hype." I hope to narrow down on a long term vision that includes concrete steps to get to the next level in my career.
