Communicate well, care deeply, provide actionable feedback & get sh*t done!
Work can be both extremely rewarding and frustrating and more times than none we become angry at folks when they don't deliver or underperform. The truth is we should be more open to supporting one another vs targeting each other's shortcomings. My current boss practices over-communicating and doesn't get frustrated if she has to repeat something. That in itself can often make us feel less than because we missed it and our boss has to now repeat themselves but the truth is that missing things happen. Communicating effectively takes practice and providing actionable feedback in the moment allows us to flag or notice what we're missing so we can put effort into correcting it.

My focus right now is Facilitation & becoming a kick-a** presenter.
I am inspired and motivated by TedTalks Speakers, Toastmasters winners, and L&D professionals. They make it look so easy but it takes a lot of work to skip filler words while being engaging AND inspiring. I want to be able to do that on both a personal and professional setting.
