For better or worse, I care more about the people I'm working with, than the projects we're working on. Sometimes I work too fast, and can forget to slow down and explain how I arrived somewhere. I'm better than I was at this, and am super aware of it - if a coworker needs me to slow down, I am very open to nudge/reminder/request to do so :)

I've allowed myself to burnout a couple times in my career. I would like to say that it won't happen again, but this is a work in progress. It has had a big impact on relationships, and is important to me to solve.
