Project to performed function test of shutdown valves which critical and design a check list for steps and archive after finish (The design of check list is similar to simple UserForm controls) to save editing time.

I'm working in very critical position in my company (Maintenance Planning & Database) and now we also be the department responsible on all Assets Database. Our responsibility included: 1-Helpdesk for all users of the system (IBM Maximo 7.6) 2-Training the new & current users every regular period. 3-Modify, Update and delete records if necessary. 4-Issue any technical or business reports requested from Managers or users. 5-Improve the efficiency of the system by follow up any updates from IBM. 6-Keep documentations archive (Hardcopy - softcopy) up to date and safe. All this tasks done by only 3 persons in my department (Me + 2 engineers) without any complaints from users or Managers.
