I am energized by building and creating. Give me a user feedback session or a product whiteboard. Or a 1:1 or team-building exercise. I want to make decisions based on the available data, so bring that to me early if you want my buy-in. I actually love Zoom and don't get video fatigued, but respect your desire to do voice/walking calls if that's your preference. I'm at my best when I am all-in on the mission, and am willing to get in the weeds if necessary. Always up for a strategy session (even better if over a glass of bourbon or a local sour). I am living and thriving with a chronic, autoimmune disease which means that my time is valuable. If you feel my bias for action, it's because I want my life -- whatever amount I have left -- to make a difference.
