a patient discharge from Franciscan Children's Hospital
To see this patient, who was only 2 years old, be reunited with her family outside of the hospital was extremely heartwarming and filled me with so much joy. Knowing how special family is to me, this moment was extremely touching and fulfilling.

We have a running joke in the family that I could ski before I could walk. I was also a 2x captain of my high school softball team and was the first softball player to play at a D1 school. I've had 4 knee surgeries on my left knee (darn ACL's!) and was a photographer for our athletics department in college.
