Loved the entrepreneur and startup mindset so I spent 5 years at a startup incubator, juggling many hats. I discovered that while I loved the daily challenge of the job, the team was abusive to work for. I now work with an amazing team, but the communication between departments was lacking. I'm working on fixing that.
