A bit about me...

Hey there, my name is Spencer and I’m currently a dedicated IT professional in search of new growth opportunities in IT support. Although my educational background is in Criminal Justice from Springfield College, I am currently working as a Desktop Support Technician at TEKsystems where I am responsible for supporting the implementation of a new Epic electronic health record system in production. When I’m not solving customers’ software and hardware issues, you can find me increasing my knowledge of the IT support space by taking Coursera classes and certifications. I am actively seeking an opportunity as an IT support professional where I can help drive a positive impact by providing thorough technical support and a positive customer experience.
