What I'm like at work

FairAnalyticalConfidentCharmingThoughtful

I work best as a member of a (relatively) small team where individual members' responsibilities, priorities, and decision-making authority are both a function of collaborative work and also structured/specified and fairly autonomous; a conscious, focused hybrid of a non-hierarchical model and a strictly rigid hierarchical model. I am definitely more "analytical" than not, but I am also able to communicate effectively about why I am passionate about my areas of interest/concern and how/why non-quantifiable/"intangible" factors matter re: strategic and effective decision-making. (Bridging the gap between "hard/soft" or quantitative/qualitative factors.)

My areas for growth

Maintains effective work life balanceIntentional and strategic project planningInvests and is interested in personal and professional growth

In previous roles I have struggled to maintain the most effective work/life balance as work and life demands have changed over time—finding the optimal balance is a constantly-changing goal, but all past information is useful and all past successes build on themselves. Interested to learn more about strategy and effective decision-making at different scales ("micro" vs. "macro" strategy and tactics) and to gain more experience as a decision-maker and working with decision-makers.
