In order to help other, I want to specialize in the processes I currently own. As an HR Coordinator, I understand there's a lot of requests and I want to ensure I take the best decisions for our customers. However, I do want to keep a balance between my work and my personal life to ensure I have a positive mindset on both areas of my life
