I am very driven by mentorships and leadership. I want to see my team be successful but I have very strong beliefs and have a hard time staying from them and one of those beliefs is that we need to do what's best for our customers. Having difficult conversations is the only way things get better as far as I'm concerned and people need to see you growing to push themselves to grow also.
