A bit about me...

Started in sport psych with M.Ed. in athletic counseling (performance and counseling pyschology). Started my own business. Realized business is hard. Learned more about business. Started another business helping people build their business. Discovered that this exists as a field, called business operations. Joined a client's mental health startup as a founding team member. Currently growing that biz as COO. Along the way, my dad passed. I started therapy, got engaged, bought a house, got married, started baking (barely), and I'm still learning and still journeying.
