I appreciate working in small teams with creative and caring people. I like teams where people respect each other's time and work style. There should be an awareness among teammates about everyone's roles and the collective effort everyone needs to contribute to produce the best results.

I'm learning to give constructive feedback to coworkers when items come up that need immediate attention. I'm thoughtful and patient, but sometimes things need to get done quickly (and correctly!) and the ability to work through these without getting personally frustrated (since we all make errors or miscommunicate) can be tough for me.

I can understand the end-goal that a customer is trying to achieve and brainstorm several ways to solve it (as well as thoroughly articulate those solutions to teammates).
