How I try to show up at work

I feel that my confidence comes from having teammates that are encouraging and bring out the best in me. Therefore, my strategy with my coworkers is to always lift them up. That doesn't mean lying to them and telling them that they're perfect, but it does mean that positive reinforcement has always been my way of getting the most out of my team.
