I spent 3 years testing turboprops and while lead on a project was introduced to Human Factors. Since then I have spent 2 years as a Flight Deck Human Factors Engineer, am almost done with an MS in Human Systems Engineering and spend my days developing the newest and most advanced business aviation cockpits. I'm loving it.
