I'm an INFJ, so I'm fueled by reflective time to recharge my batteries. I think meetings are a waste of time (especially in-person sit-downs). They interrupt the flow of my work. I enjoy work that allows me to consider and create new ideas or approaches to solve problems, recognizes my ownership of a task or project and my unique contributions, allows me to implement my ideas for the good of others, and lets me produce a product or service that I am proud to present to the world.
