Did contract work in Asset Management for oil and gas clients for the past decade. Got laid during COVID and ended up taking a job as a project coordinator, tracking CAPEX spending and AFEs for a manufacturing company. Thinking of switching to tech but need to upskill. Is there room for a 45-year-old in tech or am I not "millennial" enough?
