The best environment for me is:
I often get pulled out of my tasks throughout the day and have a very hard time trying to loop back to them after starting something else, or going to a meeting. So, I typically work after hours to give myself the time and uninterrupted space to work.
Full storyMy areas for growth
As a new and growing manager, I would really like to start improving my core skills in leadership, mentorship, project management, and clear communication. Ive grown into management roles previously, and I often find that internally promoted managers receive very little training or coaching on how to manage a team or individuals. Full storyI like to get feedback when its given…
My philosophy is "if you dont say anything to the person, you cant complain about the problem". I always try to ask for how I can improve, where I can be a better manager, or how I might approach something differently. When provided with feedback, I always take it to heart and try to correct my actions as soon as possible (if it makes sense to).

I always like to approach as many scenarios with an open unbiased mind, often trying to look at it from the other point of view, or ready to provide my insight or thoughts if asked for.
