My happy place

My happy place is an entire continent - Asia (South, South East & East). I travel there as often as possible, it's where I restore my balance and get my fix of adventure. I'm inspired by the philosophies, landscapes, food, people and mix of ancient traditions with modern lifestyles. Nepal, Thailand and Taiwan are my favourites - Myanmar, too! I want to visit Laos and Yunnan (China) next.

The best environment for me is:

It takes me a while to adjust from deep solo work to being social/talking to others, so back-to-back meetings are ideal, so I can block off time for collaboration and time for solo work. In person collab energizes me and I'm missing that so much after 5 years of remote!

How I relax

- Cooking my favourite dishes, slowly and mindfully (cutting and preparing all the ingredients slowly, staying in the present, listening to relaxing music...)
- Walking on the beach or anywhere in nature 
- Going to the park, taking my shoes off and walking on the grass, feeling grounded with the earth
- Yin yoga / Meditation
