Things that deeply motivate me…
You CAN teach an old dog new tricks! I left a comfortable career to keep learning. I don't like being stagnate; it leads to decline. I also love a good "To Do" list. If something is on my list, it gets done. My favorite part of my previous job and my current job is hearing people say, "Whew! You made my day!" Clearing obstacles and showing them an easy route is a great part of my job. But the most important part is working with people I love. All the other stress and BS goes away when you work with people whom you respect and laugh with.
