Our work hours ⏰
Typically 9am - 5:30pm, I do try to fit in a bit of exercise when possible to keep sane. If I need extra work time I prefer early morning to late night.
I am home around 9 from daycare drop-off, and the boys get home around 5:30pm. I like to have the evenings with family and adult time with my wife after putting the kids down, and early mornings tend to be good focus time while the rest of the house is asleep.

I'm excited to lean into Dropbox's products more in our team as well as sharing them company-wide in our work. This is more of a personal reflection, but I'm looking forward to taking some time to learn tools that will improve my work/organization/efficiency in the long run.

I think we have built great connections across our team. I mention video off for zoom calls specifically for working sessions. Sometimes it's really helpful to collaborate "live", but having the camera off during those sessions makes them more sustainable.
