Instead of placing blame, we all get a lot more done if when we see a problem, we pick up the slack, teach our colleagues how to succeed and move on. Pointing fingers and rolling eyes is for Safe Space, not the workplace :)

Our work culture is STRONG. We foster a lot of friendships and connections
Especially in a workforce as young as ours (mostly Gen Z) it's nice to see the engagement that comes from building workplace relationships. That said, it also can lead to issues so we have some boundaries in place to keep everything above board. It's hard to manage when emotions overtake professionalism.
