Responsible, open to feedback, willing to share what makes them succeed
When the team is responsible, everyone is handling their own duties without throwing extra loads off on everyone else, and this is a fair way to approach most positions. It's understandable that sometimes we all need help due to unforseen circumstances, but doing your best to keep the occurrences as few as possible helps us all to grow without hindrance. Being open to feedback allows me to share with you what has helped me and if we keep those lines of communication open then we've found a key to success.

Staying true to my own values with integrity is a super power because it allows me to stay true to myself and my God by keeping high moral standards. Having the vision is always a great super power to have because it allows you to anticipate things that may go wrong ahead of time and adjust accordingly. That way we are all well prepared for what's coming. Managing my feelings and those of others during conflict is useful to influencing the outcome to a peaceful one for both parties. Everyone can't always win, but we can at least walk away calm. Collaborating effectively with teammates is a super power because not everyone possesses this skill. But when you know how to talk to people you can find what you each have in common and then begin working toward reaching common goals. I'm always in competition with myself figuring out how I can compete the task faster, more efficiently, and with mastery. I'm building a better version of me than yesterday, daily. I am not satisfied with my own mediocrity. This moves me to start getting creative and try new things that have proven to work in the past or simply experiment with something new

Things that deeply motivate me…
Getting things done motivates me because there are already too many things to do! It feels go when I can check something off the list as Complete, then move on to the next set of tasks. I want to be able to look back at all the things I've accomplished and feel satisfied about my achievements and the only way to feel that way is to keep getting things done.

You will make my freakin day if you…
I worked a 12 hour shift on the weekends and it was always only me and one other person. This one guy acknowledged how long the shift was, especially during the slow period and offered to cover me if I took an hour and a half lunch everyday. I was able to catch a nap in my car and come back fully refreshed and didn't have to clock out for any of my lunch break. Why not? Because he covered me. He handled the workload by himself while I took my lunch. And with that, he gave me the ability to be two places at once. In return, he asked me only once ever that if I had him covered, could he leave two hours early. I happily obliged because of what he had done for me so many times. This is an example of taking something off my plate.
