The sooner the better. Message me or schedule a 1:1 so we can go over what went wrong and ways of improving / collaborate in a more effective way. I do like when my teammates are specific about what is not working and are willing to show me an alternative way of doing things.

The Sooner the better, but with kindness. Sometimes it's better to wait for the right time before giving feedback.. if one party is feeling angry/dissapointed, it won't lead to anything good to rush into discussing the issue. Everyone makes mistakes, but by default we have to assume people acted on good will. If we approach people from a trust perspective, the feedback becomes constructive.

Don't let feedback sit too long! Do it with kindness (consciously articulate it), but it makes sense to give that feedback asap vs let it sit for 6+ days
