How we embed and live values.

I've worked in a bunch of companies and teams that do a great job of creating beautiful, wall-worthy, aspirational culture statements and core values. Most didn't really go beyond that. I'm proud of how this team operationalizes our core values: from the day-to-day custom slack emojis to the rigor we spend continuously iterating on important features of our culture like our hiring process.
